If Only I Could Swim

This is another one that my mom totally says was a dream, and I guess it's of the dreamlike state, evne though it was very clear in my mind and seemed so real.

I was at my sister's grandmother's pool, with Alli, my mom, and Jonny. He wasn't our stepdad at this point in time; we were only three or four. We just got done in the pool, and Alli and I got our floaties off, and we got dressed into normal clothes. We stayed by the pool for a little longer though, and I don't know why. Anyways, Alli and I were playing by the pool. My mom said, "Don't get too close", and about ten seconds later, I was under the water. I couldn't swim yet (I didn't even learn until I was like 6 or 7), and I can just remember going head first and doing a whole turn in the water. My eyes were open for some of the time, and closed for some. It was my mom who got me out of the pool. She yelled at me instead of comforting me. It was pretty sad.

It seems weird, that all these "dreams" take place at my sister's grandparents. I know it's only two, but I have few dreams that I remember, so to me it's a lot.

Getting my baby

Well, we all know that in fourth grade, one is privilleged (sp?) to have the opportunity to play an instrument. we all know that i play flute. well, there is a reason i play flute and not any other instrument. at my old school, i don't know how you do it here, we recieve our instruments by the one we can play the best when we first try out instruments. well, before we were even taught how to blow into a flute, i could get notes out. now for anyone who has ever tried to get air through the flute, it's not as easy as it looks. so obviously i was made into a flute player.

i just thought i'd share this because i've been very attached to my baby lately. and because i miss my little baby and so if i update a whole lot about instruments, you guys know why.

Because of my Poison Ivy

I'm going to post a story. :-D Or well, a memory.

I was between ages 10 and 12, I can't remember, and I got poison ivy really bad (As usual), but this time I got it on my thumb, and I was still sucking my thumb at this time. Well, I got some on my lip, and so I tried really hard not to suck my thumb so I didn't get any in my mouth or anything. And guess what? It worked! So something very wonderful came out of something horribly terrible.
